在分析轨道交通投资构成的基础上明确了投资控制的重点。研究了全过程的投资控制,主要包括设计阶段、招投标阶段、建设阶段和结算阶段。这对于轨道交通建设具有一定指导意义。
With the analysis of metro traffic investment composition,the key points of investment control have been cleared and definited in the paper.And the whole process of investment control has been studied,mainly including four stages of design,bid,construction and final estimate.It can provide certain instructive significance for metro traffic construction.
