摘要
针对"北斗二号"软件卫星导航接收机的带通滤波器的设计与实现,本文首先利用频率变换法,以五阶低通切比雪夫滤波器为原型对接收机前端滤波器的指标进行了规划;在切比雪夫低通滤波器归一化参数的基础上,计算了平行耦合微带带通滤波器的奇模和偶模阻抗;然后利用ADS的LineCal工具实现了阻抗和平行耦合微带单元几何参数的转化;之后利用ADS的优化功能对滤波器进行了优化,给出了平行耦合微带滤波器的加工参数,最后的版图仿真表明滤波器满足设计要求。
Aiming at designing and realizing the band-pass filter for Compass-M1 software receiver,the paper makes out the band-pass filter specifications based on frequency transformation on Chebyshev low-pass filter prototype at first.Based on the unified parameters of Chebyshev low -pass filter,the odd and even resistances of each stage parallel coupled microstrip lines are calculated.Then the odd and even resistances are transformed to dimensions of each coupled microstrip line by ADS LineCal tool after the substrate of the microstrip filter circuit is specified.The microstrip filter is optimized to amend the deviation of theory design.Finally the results of layout simulation are given,which suggest the request is fulfilled.
