大中型客车车载液体加热器控制系统

摘要 本文设计了一种新的客车加热控制器系统。系统集信号采集、故障诊断与处理等功能于一体。采用串级双闭环PID控制方案,控制器参数和结构可配置,控制精度高、可靠性高、通用性好。设计了一种基于RS-485总线的加热控制器监控系统,监控界面采用组态王软件开发,可监视车厢温度、油泵频率等参数,还可对诸如传感器参数、PID控制参数等进行实时修改,提高了加热器的生产、调试以及新产品开发的效率。 This article designed a new bus heating controller system.The system integrates signal acquisition,fault diagnosis and processing and so on.Double closed-loop PID control algorithm is applied to the bus heating controller,The parameters and structure of the controller can be reconfigured.It is with high controlling precision,high reliability and good generalization.The monitoring system for the bus heating controller is developed by the Kingview software.It communicates with the controller via RS485 bus.The carriage temperature,oil pump frequency and some parameters may be displayed in the monitoring interface.And the operator may revise the parameters,such as sensor parameter and PID parameters real time.So the efficiency of production,debugging and the development of new production of the bus heating controller has been improved.
