摘要
A/O工艺法处理废水过程中,好氧区的溶解氧是一个重要的控制参数,需氧量与有机物的降解有关。反应池内溶解氧(DO)的变化取决与进水的COD浓度、曝气量、污泥浓度等因素。试验研究表明,进水浓度高,需氧量大;供气量大,有机物降解快;好氧区的最佳溶解氧(DO)浓度为2mg/L左右。通过大量的试验,找出不同进水浓度对应最适宜的曝气量。在试验的基础上,提出用模糊控制的方法控制A/O工艺中好氧区溶解氧(DO),设计出一个以在线测定的DOoff值与给定DOS设定值的偏差E和该偏差的变化量CE为双输入变量及以曝气量的变化量△u为单输出变量的一个模糊控制器。
In the A/O technology of waste water treatment process,the aerobic zone's dissolved oxygen is an important parameter,Oxygen demand is relative to organic matter degradation.Dissolved oxygen in reactor is dependent on concentration of influent,aeration,and MLSS.This experiment and research shows:higher concentration in fluent needs more oxygen;higher aeration produced faster organic matter degradation.The best concentration of dissolved oxygen(DO) is about 2mg/L in the aerobic zone.Through a large number of experiments,identify the different water levels correspond to the most appropriate amount of aeration.On the basis of the experiment,a fuzzy control method is proposed to control dissolved in the A/O process.Design a fuzzy controller which comprise two-variable input of the deviation E and the deviation of E changes in the volume of CE between online DOoff and given DOS,and a single output variable of the amount of aeration to change(△u)
