摘要 针对网络控制系统中网络时延补偿的问题,提出了一种模糊自适应PID控制器的设计方法,通过利用在线时延估计方法对时延进行预估计,根据估计时延值在线调节PID三个参数,从而改善系统的性能。对基于控制局域网络(CAN)总线的典型工业过程进行了仿真实验。结果表明,与常规PID的控制器比较,采用设计的PID控制器能补偿网络上的时延,更加有效的抑制了时延对网络控制系统的影响并提高了系统的性能。 In view of the problem of compensating network-induced delay in networked control systems,a fuzzy self-adaptive PID control technique was proposed.Delay is estimated through the use of online delay-evaluation,according to delay regulation of online PID three parameters,thereby improving system performance.As an example to verify the proposed method,a fuzzy PID controller of typical hybrid industrial plant linking by controller area network(CAN) was considered.The simulation results showed that with conventional PID controller,using the fuzzy-PID controller can compensate on the network delay,the more effective suppression of the delay on the network control system and to enhance the impact of the system's performance.
