Molecular characteristics of norovirus responsible for diarrhea outbreaks in Yuhang district of Hangzhou,2006-2007

摘要 目的研究杭州市余杭区群发性腹泻中诺如病毒的分子流行病学特点。方法采集2006-2007年6起余杭区群发性腹泻疫情患者的粪便和肛拭子标本,采用荧光定量PCR技术进行诺如病毒检测,然后对病毒的N/S区域进行序列测定。结果6起群发性腹泻疫情都是由诺如病毒引起的,基因分析显示这些病毒都属基因Ⅱ型4组。结论诺如病毒是余杭区群发性非细菌性胃肠炎的重要病原体之一,在现阶段存在优势毒株是GII.4型,正在发生变异。 Objective To study the molecular characteristics of norovirus responsible for infectious diarrhea outbreaks in Yuhang district of Hangzhou province from 2006 to 2007.Methods We collected the fecal and anal swab specimens from patients of 6 outbreaks of infectious diarrhea.All specimens were tested for norovirus RNA by real-time RT-PCR and positive ones were sequenced for N/S region of the viral genome.Result Norovirus was detected in all 6 outbreaks of infectious diarrhea.The outbreaks were caused by GII 4 type of norovirus and variation of the sequenced area was identified.Conclusion Norovirus was the major cause of outbreaks of infectious diarrhea in Yuhang for the period of 2006 to 2007.The GII 4 type of norovirus was the prevalent strain and genetic variation of which occurred.
