丹红注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Dan Hong Injection it the Treatment of Unstable Angina Pectoris

目的观察丹红注射液治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将70例患者分为对照组34例和治疗组36例,对照组采用常规治疗;治疗组在常规治疗基础上,加用丹红注射液30 mL加入生理盐水250 mL中,静脉滴注,1次/d,疗程14 d。观察两组在治疗前后心绞痛疗效、心电图ST-T改变、血脂变化及不良反应。结果治疗组与对照组比较,显著改善心绞痛患者的症状(P<0.05),改善心绞痛患者的缺血性心电图(P<0.05),且治疗组降低血脂也优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丹红注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛,疗效显著、安全性高。

Objective To observe the clinical effect Danhong injection in treating unstable angina of coronary heart disease.Methods 70 patients were divided into control group of 34 cases and treatment group of and control group 36 cases.Control group was adopted conventional treatment and treatment group was treated with Danhong injection 30 mL plus normal saline 250 mL intravenous drip,once per day on the basis of conventional therapy treatment.A course of treatment is 14 d.It was observed before and after treatment that angina pectoris,ECG ST-T changes,blood lipid changes and adverse reactions.Results Compared with control group,it was significant improving in symptoms of angina pectoris（P〈0.05）,improving ischemic ECG（P〈0.05）,lowering lipid（P〈0.05） in treatment groups.Conclusion Danhong injection might have evident effect and high security in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.
