义乌市人工增雨的经济价值估算

An Estimate of the Economic Value of Artificial Rainfall in Yiwu

正确地评价人工增雨作业的经济价值可为管理部门今后开展人工增雨工作提供决策依据。在对2007年义乌市人工增雨经济价值的估算中,提出从水资源经济价值的角度,采用效益分摊系数法来测算人工增雨中增加的地表水资源的经济价值。通过估算结果,并由静态经济分析计算得出其经济价值费用比为562:1,净收益为8 244×104元。因此,在伏旱季节对义乌市进行人工增雨的效果良好。

A correct estimate of artificial rainfall operations economic value can provide basis of decision for the administrative authority carrying out artificial rainfall.This article uses the benefit sharing coefficient method to estimate economic value of the increased surface water resources from artificial rainfall which was implemented in Yiwu in 2007 from the point of view of economic value of water resources.According to the result of estimates and analyses of static economy,the cost ratio of its economic value is 562： 1 and the net income is 82.44 million yuan.Therefore the effect of carrying out artificial rainfall in Yiwu in dry season is obvious.
