纯电动客车的电动助力转向系统的开发与试验 被引量:13

摘要 开发设计了一种纯电动客车使用的电动助力转向系统。介绍了该电动助力转向系统的组成和工作原理,分析了其在助力控制模式、阻尼控制模式和回正控制模式时所采用的控制策略。对开发的电动助力转向系统进行了装车试验,试验结果表明,所设计的电动助力转向系统在具有节能、环保等优点的同时,还较好地解决了转向轻便性问题,另外驾驶员具有平滑的手感。 An electric power steering system was developed for a pure electric bus.The structure and working principle of the developed steering system were introduced.The control strategies of the system in the power-assisted control mode,the damping control mode,and the realigning control mode were analyzed.The developed steering system was integrated into a pure electric bus which was tested on the road.The results show that the developed electric power steering system is characterized by energy-saving,environment friendliness,steering easiness and driver smooth hand feel.
