摘要 针对一款全浮式商用车驾驶室悬置系统,通过ADAMS软件的交互式建模方法,建立了悬置系统的多体动力学模型。分别通过振动模态和传递特性两种方法对模型进行仿真分析,较全面地获得了驾驶室悬置系统的振动特性。通过相应的试验对仿真结果进行了验证,证明了模型具有足够的精度,可以用来分析评价驾驶室悬置系统的隔振性能。 A multi-body dynamics model was built for the floating cab suspension system of a commercial vehicle through the interactive method in the software ADAMS.The built model was simulated with both the vibration modal analysis and the transmission characteristic method,and the full vibration characteristics of the vehicle cab suspension system were achieved.The simulated results were verified by tests,proving the model is sufficiently exact and can be used to evaluate the vibration isolation behavior of the cab suspension system.
