摘要
运用有限元软件ANSYS建立有限元模型,对太阳自动跟踪机构进行模态分析、启动和停机振动分析、10级风载荷静力分析以及7级近源地震载荷的谱分析。对机构进行详细模拟分析并给出了求解全过程。分析结果表明,启动和停机引起的震动频率小于固有频率,不会引起共振现象;机构的刚度和强度验算表明,分别在10级风载荷和7级近源地震载荷下,机构可以达到设计要求;10级风载荷对机构造成的破坏力大于7级近源地震载荷。
Finite element software ANSYS was used to model and analyze the transmission mechanism of automatic solar tracking system.The analyses include modal analysis of the mechanism,starting and stopping vibration analysis,force 10 wind static loading analysis and the spectrum analysis of 7 intensity near-source earthquake.Details of simulation analysis of the mechanism and solution are given.Results of simulation analysis show that the frequency of starting and stopping vibration is smaller than the natural frequency of the mechanism,so resonance does not occur.Stiffness and strength calculations prove that,under force 10 wind and 7 intensity near-source earthquake,the mechanism meets the design requirements.The destruction of force 10 wind on the mechanism is stronger than that of 7 intensity near-source earthquake.
