摘要
金属的熔炼、透热、淬火、退火、回火等热处理所用热源现大都用电炉完成,在生产过程中因对工件的加工要求不同,对电炉的性能也就提出了不同的要求,尤其是在功率和频率方面,本文介绍了一种由IGBT模块组成的大功率超音频高效加热电源。
The heating power is always be used in metal processing in smelt, passing heat, quenching, annealing and tempering etc., by electric stove.The processing standards are different for different workpieces in making process, so different properties of electric stove are needed, particularly in power and frequency.The piece introduce a super voice frequency and big power electricity supply for heating.
