摘要
介绍了一种新型数字磁罗经复示仪的基本结构原理,设计了以数字信号处理器(TMS32F2407)为主要控制单元的控制系统;当船舶航向发生变化时,航向磁敏传感器产生标准的RS232数据信号,传送给数字信号处理器(TMS32F2407),利用CPLD电路驱动步进电机转动,带动仪表盘和旋转变压器转动,由旋转变压器和AU6802N1组成的轴角转换电路实时转换成12位二进制数字信号,进行计算处理,从而使实际航向和仪表盘航向保持一致。
The composition and operating principle of new magnetic compass are introduced. The new magnetic compass control system is designed based on TMS32F2407. When the compass heading is changed, the standard RS232 digital signal can be detected by course sensor, the digital signal transmit chip tool (TMS32F2407). The stepping motor is driven by CPLD circuit. The meter and resolver is rotated with stepping motor. The working principal of the resolver is introduced. The resolver-to-digital circuit of AU6802N1 and the design of peripheral circuit can produce 12 binary code. The 12 binary code and RS232 digital signal can be handled by numerical controlled chip tool (TMS32F2407), Then the meter course can keep with realistic course.
