动态血压监测评价“活血散风、平肝降逆”针刺治疗原发性高血压病的临床疗效分析

Evaluation of Antihypertensive Effect of Essential Hypertension Acupuncture by Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring

目的:以24h动态血压监测评价"活血散风、平肝降逆"针法治疗轻、中度原发性高血压患者的疗效。方法:选择107例轻、中度高血压患者,予以"活血散风、平肝降逆"针法治疗4周,分别于治疗前后行24h动态血压监测并计算其谷峰比值、平滑指数后进行比较分析。结果:治疗4周后24h平均收缩压、舒张压;日间平均收缩压、舒张压;夜间平均收缩压、舒张压与治疗前比较,均有显著性降低(P<0.05),收缩压、舒张压负荷也有显著降低(P<0.05)。收缩压谷峰比值为76%,舒张压谷峰比值72%,收缩压平滑指数为(1.34±0.13),舒张压平滑指数为(1.26±0.22)。结论:"活血散风、平肝降逆"针法具有良好的降压效果及满意的谷峰比值、平滑指数,临床应用安全。

This work aimed to evaluate the antihypertensive effects of acupuncture on patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension by 24 h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring （ABPM）. Fifty patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension were treated with 80 mg telmisartan, once a day for 4 weeks. 24 h ABPM was performed before and after the treatment, and the trough/peak ratio and smoothness index were calculated. The mean systolic blood pressure （SBP） and diastolic blood pressure （DBP） in 24 h, day time and night time, had a significant reduction （P〈0.05）. The blood pressure loads of SBP and DBP were also significantly decreased （P〈0.05）. The trough/peak ratio of SBP was 76%, and that of DBP was 72%. The smoothness index of SBP was 1.34±0.13, and that of DBP was 1.16±0.22. The results showed that compound telmisartan is an effective and safe antihypertensive drug with the satisfactory trough/peak ratio and smoothness index.
