摘要
在中药质量控制中,做为一种研究中药复杂性的高通量、整体性分析方法,色谱指纹图谱被广泛应用于中药成品或半成品专属性和稳定性的确定,其理论基础是基于植物的相等性(Phytoe-quivalence)。作者对中药指纹图谱技术及其最新发展进行了分析,提出对色谱指纹图谱进行更深入地定性定量分析,将对进一步全面控制中药质量和探明中药作用机理打下良好的化学基础,同时提出结合化学计量学方法可探明中药的作用机理,进而更全面地对中药质量进行控制。
Chromatographic fingerprinting is a high-throughput and integral tool to explore the complexity of the herbal medicines. Essentially based on phytoequivalence, it has been widely used in quality control of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). In order to further control the TCM comprehensive quality, as well as to confirm and identify their chemical compo- nents, some new strategies were presented in this work to trace the chemical changes of chromatographic fingerprints both in product processing and/or after their intake in the body by the modern chromatographic technique and chemometrics in combination. This method may help to reveal the working mechanism of TCMs and to further control their intrinsic quality.
