摘要
本研究采用指纹图谱方法,并在此基础上选择了3种酚酸类成分(丹参素、原儿茶醛、丹酚酸B)和4种丹参酮类成分(15,16-二氢丹参酮I、隐丹参酮、丹参酮I、丹参酮IIA)进行多指标成分的含量测定,对复方丹参片丹参成分进行全面评价。
In this work, a method via fingerprinting was developed for the simuhaneous determination of three phenolic compounds （Danshensu, Protocatechualdehyde, and salvia acid B） and four tanshinones （15,16-tanshinone Ⅰ, cryptotanshinone, tanshinone Ⅰ, and tanshinone ⅡA）. This method may be helpful to the quality evaluation of TCM.
