摘要
目的:研究分析湖北利川黄连产区表层和不同深度土壤中的游离镉含量以及黄连药材中镉的含量。方法:采用原子吸收光谱法测定土壤及黄连药材中镉的含量。结果:表层土壤中游离镉的平均含量为0.142mg·kg-1,pH4.42~5.99;黄连药材中镉平均含量为0.210mg·kg-1;10cm、30cm、60cm和80cm不同深度土壤中游离镉的平均含量分别为0.128mg·kg-1、0.268mg·kg-1、0.195mg·kg-1和0.158mg·kg-1。结论:湖北利川黄连产区土壤中游离镉及黄连药材中镉的平均含量均符合国家相关标准。
This work investigated the cadmium concentrations in the surface soil, soil profile and Rhizoma Coptidis in Lichuan, Hubei Province, China. The results indicated that the mean cadmium concentration in the surface soil was 0.142 mg·kg^-1, in the pH range of 4.42-5.99. The mean cadmium concentration in Rhizoma Coptidis was 0.210 mg·kg^-1. The cadmium concentrations in the soil with different depths (10 cm, 30 cm, 60 cm and 80 cm)were respectively 0.128, 0.268, 0.195 and 0.158 mg·kg^-1. The results showed that the cadmium concentrations both in Rhizoma Coptidis and in the soil of Lichuan satisfy the safty standard defined by the Pharmacopoeia.
