随着我国经济企稳向好,其他主要经济体逐步复苏,2010年全球经济、我国经济都将全面进入"后危机"时代。"后危机"时代,世界经济增长模式和发展格局将会发生深刻调整,我国经济将会在适度增速中加快转型,"稳增长,调结构,促转变"正在成为我国经济发展的主线。伴随着中速平稳增长的基本特征,我国经济还将呈现以下趋势:经济发展方式转变和结构调整将会大大加快,内需、尤其是消费需求将会步入更快增长轨道;城镇化进程会进一步加速,城市群将成为我国城镇化发展的主要模式;新能源、新材料、生物医药、第三代移动通信、物联网等战略性新兴产业的发展将受到高度重视;区域经济布局将进一步调整,中部地区的发展将会加速。这些新的重大趋势,将对石油石化行业的发展产生重大影响。

With the stable development of our countries economy and the gradual recovery of other economy,global economy would enter into the post-crisis age in 2010. At the age of post-crisis,global economy increase mode and development pattern will be adjusted greatly.Our economy will transform more fleetly during the appropriate increase.'Steady growth,tuning structure and promoting transformation'are becoming economy mainline of our countries.With the basic feature of smooth growth,our economies will appear these trends:the transformation of the economic development mode and structural adjustment will be accelerated,and domestic demand,especial consumer demand,will increase more fleetly;urbanization process will be accelerated further,urban areas will become main mode of urbanization development;the developments of strategic new industries will be paid high attention to,such as new energy,new material,biomedicine,the third mobile communication,internet and so on;distribution of regional economies will be adjusted further,midland development will be accelerated.These new important trends will have great influences on developments of petrochemical industry.
