外科ICU老年患者实施分类监护实践与效果

Implementing classification care for eider patients in surgery ICU

目的:研究在外科ICU老年患者中应用分类监护的护理管理方法,对ICU感染控制情况、相关并发症发生率及住院相关情况。方法:将手术后入住普外科ICU的老年患者进行分类,采用危重感染老年患者A区监护,危重非感染的老年患者B区监护的管理方法。选择入住B区监护986人作为观察组,与分类监护前入住监护病房的危重老年患者998人相比较。结果:分类监护后感染控制情况,并发症的发生率,住院相关情况有显著差异。结论:分类监护的管理方法具有适应患者病种和病情需要、有效控制感染,保证外科ICU患者监护质量的作用。

Objective：To explore the classification nursing care for elder patients in Intensive Care Unit （ICU）, and the effects on infection control, the incidence of complications and hospitalization related problems.Methods： All the elder patients who entered ICUwere classified into two categories. The patients who were infected were arranged in district A to get care, and the other patients who were non-infected in district B.A total of 986 elder patients in district B were selected as the observation group, compared with the group of 998 patients who entered ICU after surgery without the classification care. Results： There were significant differences in infection control, the incidence of complication and hospitalization related problems after implementing classification care.Conclusion： The classification care management can meet the needs of patients＇ condition and control infections effectively, and then ensure the quality of nursing care in ICU.
