摘要
目的:了解社区护理人员对医疗废物分类及管理现状,探讨社区家庭护理过程中产生的医疗废物分类及处理方法。方法:对我区16家社区卫生服务机构94名社区护理人员进行问卷调查。结果:69.1%的社区护理人员对《医疗废物管理条例》内容不熟悉,60.6%的社区护理人员对医疗垃圾的暂存时间掌握不正确,86.2%的护士对破损体温计属于损伤性医疗垃圾概念不清楚。结论:有必要加强护理管理者对医疗废物处理的重视,对社区护理人员进行严格培训,明确家庭护理中产生废物的分类以及保管处理方法。
Objective： To investigate the status of community nurses＇ knowledge about medical waste management. Methods： Totally 94 community nurses from 16 community health service centers were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire. Results： 69.1% nurses were unfamiliar with the ＂Medical Waste Management Regulations＂. 60.6% nurses didn＇t know the temporary save time of medical waste. 86.2% nurses didn＇t know broken mercury thermometers belonged to the medical chemistry waste. Conclusion： Community nursing mangers should pay more attention to medical waste management It is necessary to improve community nurses＇ knowledge about medical waste classification and management.
