摘要
为探讨适应现代社会救援需要的灾难护理体系,分析了现代社会中灾难的频发性和灾难护理的特点,认为我国目前的护理体系不适应灾难救援的要求,应从组织体系、应急机制、后勤保障以及人才队伍等方面,构建完善、统一、有力的灾难护理体系。
The author analyzed the character of disaster frequency and disaster nursing in modem times, and tried to explore an effective disaster nursing care system. The current nursing care system could not meet the needs of disaster rescue requirements. We should set up a holistic, united and effective disaster nursing care system by improving organizational structure, implementing emergency care mechanism, ensuring logistic requirements and nurse team building.
