文章分析了一种底盖的结构工艺特点，重点分析了底盖注射模结构的设计过程：采用点浇口结构，提高了塑件表面质量及成型效率；采用多种形式的侧向抽芯机构，完成了塑件复杂的投影凹成型，最后，还说明了该模具的工作过程，经过生产实践证明，明该套模具开合顺畅，完全符合设计要求，适于大批量生产。

The structure characteristics of a back-cabinet are introduced. The design process of the mold is mainly analyzed： Using the form of pin-point gate, the exterior quality of products is raised; Using of various forms of the side core-slide, completed the complex molding concave side of a plastic parts.Finally, the working process of the mold is described in this paper.The production of practice has proved that the set of mold moves smoothly in opening and closing, it compliance with the design requirements for high-volume production.
