工艺方案的合理确定是决定模具寿命和轴管零件质量的重要因素，而冷挤压模具结构型式的确定是模具设计的关键。冷挤压模具存多种结构型式，本文根据轴管的形状、尺寸精度要求、材料性能以及生产批量等来选择模具的结构，以期在满足轴管零件质量要求的前提下，最大限度地降低生产成本。

The reasonable process scheme is an important factor for die life and axle tube parts quality, and the mould structure and style is the key to mould design. Cold extrusion die have various structures. According to axle tube shape, precision requirements, material properties and production batch, this paper chooses the mould structu- re in order to meet the quality requirements of axle tube parts and reduce production cost as much as possible.
