The Analysis of Re-Coating Matching of Non-Performing on the Electrophoresis Primer

本文根据出口商用车底盘件电泳底漆后粉末重涂时出现的配套不良质量事故，通过工艺试验分析和讨论了导致重涂配套性不良的原因，并据此分析和研究了有机硅类流平剂在不同含量时对电泳底漆重涂配套性的不同影响。

After spraying powder on the electrophoresis primer for classisparts of export commercial vehicle, an accident of poor quality about poor matching capability happened. Through the technological test, reasons which led to the poor matching capability of re-coating were analysed and discussed .According to it, different effects of silicone leveling agent in different concentrations on the electrophoretic primer were analysed and studied.
