高效液相色谱法测定天麻素含量

Determination of gastrodin by high performance liquid chromatography

对含天麻的中药复方水煎液中天麻素含量进行高效液相色谱法测定．以ＹＷＧＣ１８为固定相，磷酸二氢钠乙腈为流动相，ＵＶ检测波长为２２２ｎｍ，天麻素进样量为２～１０μＬ，与峰面积呈良好的线性关系，回归方程为Ｙ＝０．２８５２Ｘ－３５．７３０，ｒ＝０．９９９８，平均回收率为９８．８％，相对标准偏差为０．４６５％（ｎ＝３）．

The content of gastrodin has been determined.The stationary phase was YWG C18 and the mobile phase was disodium hydrogen phosphate acetonitrile. Peaks were detected with UV at the wavelength of 222nm. It was found that there was a good linear relationship between the peak area and the content.The regression equation was Y=0.2852X-35.730(r=0.9998).Average rate of recovery was 98.8%,RSD=0.465%(n=3).
