48例老年肺脓肿原因分析

Clinical analysis of lung abscess in the aged (report of 48 cases)

为明确老年肺脓肿的发生原因，给４８例老年肺脓肿病人行纤维支气管镜检查．结果，４８例中原发性肺脓肿１２例（２５％），继发性肺脓肿３６例（７５％）．继发性肺脓肿发生原因中肺癌占６４％，支气管扩张症占１９％，肺结核占１４％，肺囊肿占３％．

To investiate the causes of lung abscess in aged patients, clinical data from 48 cases of lung abscess in aged patients were analysed.The results showed that there were 12 cases (25%) of primary lung abscess, 36 cases(75%) of secondary abscess including lung cancer (64%), bronchiectasis (19%), pulmonary tuberculosis (14%) and pulmonary cyst(3%).The main causes of lung abscess were secondary abscess among which lung cancer was the most common cause in this group.
