摘要
我科近８年间，给１８２例病例使用了双Ｊ导管．其中，手术中置管１７７例，经膀胱镜输尿管扩张后逆行置管６例；其中１次完成两侧尿路手术７例；２种手术３８例；双侧置管２０例．双Ｊ导管的应用简化了手术，提高了手术安全性，简便了术后护理工作，减少了感染机会．
From 1990 to 1997 182 cases were treated with double J tube.Among them,177 cases were indwelled in operation,6 cases with retrocatherization by cystscope ureterectasis,7 cases by bilateral operation,and 20 cases with bilateral indwelling tube .The result showed that appliance of the double J tube simplified the operation and increased the safety of operation and resulted in better drainage and less complication.
