摘要
正念禅修来源于南传佛教的禅修传统,是一种透过如实观察身心变化实相而达至烦恼解脱的禅修方法,于20世纪80年代初被引入心理咨询与治疗和身心健康的多个领域后,各种实证研究日益增多。通过查阅大量中外文献,对正念训练的机制,基于正念训练的心理疗法,正念禅修的主要技术做了综述。基于正念禅修的心理疗法有其独特的魅力。
Mindfulness meditation is come from Vipassana's meditation traditions. It is meditation methods that through faithfully observe the physical and psychological changes of reality to free up the trouble. Mindfulness meditation was in- troduced to psychological treatment and medicine area in the early 20th century 80s, Clinical application and related re- search is increasing. This paper is based on access to a large number of Chinese and foreign literature about mindfulness meditation. Mindfulness training mechanisms, psychotherapy based on mindfulness meditation, the main techniques of mindfulness meditation are reviewed.
