介入肺病学是一快速发展的领域。越来越多的新型技术及设备被用来诊断和治疗多种胸部的疾病。一些新型技术对于临床上不能够以有创的肺部介入操作进行治疗的疾病（如慢性阻塞性肺疾病、哮喘）均有一定的治疗作用，使得这些疾病的治疗有了新的突破。本文对介入技术的新进展作一综述。

Interventional pulmonology is a rapidly expanding field. More and more neotype technology and equipment have been used for the diagnosis and treatment of many kinds of thoraeopathy. Innovative technologies promise to have an effect on diseases not traditionally treated by invasive pulmonary interventions, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma. This article reviews the progress of the interventional techniques.
