自体骨髓移植治疗新鲜骨折临床应用研究

Treatment of fresh fractures with autografting of bone marrow

目的：探讨了自体骨髓移植在早期新鲜骨折修复过程中的作用机理。方法：对７２例四肢新鲜骨折病人随机分为二组，二组病人均采用内固定术。治疗组用自体骨髓注射骨折断端内，对照组不做任何处理。结果：在内固定术后第２、４、６周各伤肢骨痂形成治疗组与对照组有明显差异（Ｐ＜００１）。结论：自体骨髓移植能促进早期骨痂反应，加速骨折愈合。

Objective:To investigate the mechanism of autografting of bone marrow in the early course of fresh fractures.Methods:Seventy-two cases of fresh fractures of extrimities were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Both groups were treated with internal fixation.In the treatment group,all cases were injected with auto-bone-marrow into the fractured bones.Results:In the cases of autografting of bone marrow,the mature of callus was more marked and earlier than in the control group (P<0 01).Conclusions:The autografting of bone marrow probably promote the early stage development of callus,and accelerate the fracture healing up.Less hospitalization was requried.
