摘要
目的:中药微量元素的研究已引起国内外学者的重视,并做过不少工作,但未见集中探讨抗癌中药者。方法:采用精确的ICP-AES法(高频电感耦合等离子体——原子发射光谱)和双向蒸发发射光谱法,测定了41种抗癌中药浸出液的Pb、Zn、Cu、Cr、Ni、Ti、Mn、Fe、Sr、Ba、Ca、Mg、Al、Mo、B、P、Si、Na、K等19种微量元素的含量。结果:在测定的41种中药中,Mn、Zn、Si、Cu含量明显为高。
Objective: A study of trace element of traditional Chinese Herbs have been respect by scholar of all country on world,and have been made more works.But have been no found a explore for trace element of anticancerous traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: We determined the Pb,Zn,Cu,Cr,Ni,Ti,Mn,Fe,Sr,Ba,Ca,Mg,Al,Mo,B,P,Si,Na,K,etc 19 kind trace elements in extract of 41 genus anticancerous Traditional Chinese Medicine,with ICP AES determination and double direction evaporation radial spectrometry.Results: The result suggested that the levels of manganese.Zinc、Silicon、copper were more higher in the extracts of 41 genus anticancerous traditional Chinese medicine.Conclusion: We have initial confirmed the levels of trace elements(Mn,Zn,Si,Cu)was strongly related to the anticancerous-effect in these anticancerous traditional Chinese medicine.
