带蒂大网膜脊髓移植在晚期截瘫多次手术中的应用

The Spinal Cord Transplantation with the Pedicle of Greater Omentum in the Reoperation of Advanced Stage Peraplegia

目的：分析晚期截瘫再次手术治疗的经验。方法：选择６０例已经做过一次以上“椎板减压术”后没有或已停止改善的晚期截瘫患者，再次行“带蒂大网膜脊髓移植手术”。结果：对脊髓的感觉、运动、括约肌功能等方面的总有效率为７６％。

Objective: Analysised the experience of the reperation of advanced peraplegia stage peraplegia. Methods : 60 patients who had been operated more than one time without any or no more improvement, treated by the spinal cord transplantation with the pedicle omentum. Results: The total effective rate is 76 percent on the sensation, movement and sphincteric function ect. It had been discussed that the pathology of the advanced stage peraplegia, the indication of the reoperation as well as the mechanism of the greater omentum and so on. Conclusion: This is a effective method to treat the advanced stage peraplegia.
