水果中富马酸二甲酯的GC-MS测定

Determination of Dimethyl Fumarate in Fruit by GC/MS

本研究是利用国产M6(60EI)气质联用仪测定水果中富马酸二甲酯。结果表明,本方法在0.1～10μg.mL-1之间的线性良好,R2能达到0.9993;本方法的定性检出限为0.1μg.mL-1,定量检出限为0.05 mg.kg-1;在水果中的提取回收率能达到89%～101%。本方法提高了富马酸二甲酯检测的灵敏度,而且结果准确可靠,选择性和重复性好,完全能满足实际检测需要。

Dimethyl fumarate in fruit was determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometer（GC-MS） made in China.The results show that the method has a good liner range between 0.1μg·mL^-1 and 10μg·mL^-1, R2 is 0.9993. The limit of detection is 0.1 μg·mL^-1, the quantitative detection limit is 0.05 mgokg-m. The recovery for melamine is in the range of 89%-101%. The method has good sensitivity, selectivity and repeatability, which has been applied to the determination of dimethyl fumarate in fruit.
