摘要
应用生化、粘质、耐药谱及质粒谱分析对来自医院188株血浆凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(Coagulase-Negative Staphylococci,以下简称 CNS)进行了鉴定。结果表明:头部葡萄球菌(头葡)、表皮葡萄球菌(表葡)、木糖葡萄糖球菌(木葡)、人型葡萄球菌(人葡)为其主要生化型。50%左右菌株产生粘质。CNS 耐药率高达90%。对万古霉素(VAN)、氟哌酸(NOR)、丁胺卡那霉素(AKN)敏感。质粒检出率73.9%,三种质粒谱常见。不同来源 CNS 间有同源性。80%以上头葡和木葡只携带一个54kb 质粒。携带有2.2,1.6kb;1.6,1.4kb 成对质粒的 CNS 大多具有同一耐药谱.
Biotyping,Slime production,antibiotic resistance and Plasmid Profile analysis were used to identify 188 strains of CNS isolated from a hospital.S.capitis,S.epidermidis,S.xylosus and S.homonis were found to be four predominant biotypes among the tested strains.About 50% of CNS produced slime.Antibiotic resistant rate of CNS was 94%,but these strains were susceptible to VAN,NOR,AKN,73.9% of CNS strains carried plasmids. Three kinds of main plasmid patterns were observed.By comparison of the plasmid profile,it implied that some of the CNS strains isolated from the different sources were derived from the same ancestry.More than 80% of CNS strains only carried a 54kb plasmid.The most of the strains which have a particular antibiotic resis(?)ant pat- tern carried two pairs of plasmids (2.2,1.6kb and 1.6,1.4kb).
