摘要
通过对124份使用中消毒剂污染真菌研究表明,在25~28℃,培养1~4周,真菌的检出率为27.42~66.13%。培养4周后分离到的204株真菌共分布于青霉属等15个属科以上,其中,青霉属、曲霉属、根霉属、毛霉属和交链孢属占前五位,分别占20.90%、19.12%、10.29%、6.86%和6.37%。青霉属中包括纯绿青霉系等8个系以上,以纯绿青霉系、园弧青霉系、岛青霉系占前三位,分别占青霉属的26.23%、14.75%和11.48%;曲霉属中包括黄曲霉群等6个群以上,其中,以黄曲霉群、杂色曲霉群、黑曲霉群占前三位,分别占曲霉属的46.15%、17.95%和10.26%。上述结果表明,目前医院使用中消毒剂污染真菌检出率高,污染真菌种类繁多。
By stuying the comtaminated fungi in 124 pieces of in-use disinfectants,the results showed that fungus posi- tive rate was 27.42~66.13% under 25~28℃,for 1~4 weeks.The 204 strains of fungi isolated from in-use dis- infectants were distributed over 15 species,among which Penicillium,Aspergillus,Rhizopus,Mucor and Alternari- a accounted for 20.90%,19.12%,10.29%,6.86% and 6.37% respectively,ranking the first five places.A- mong the Penicillium,P.viridiatum,P.c yclopium and P.islandicum accounted for 26.23%,14.75% and 11.48% respectively,ranking the first three places.Among the Aspergillus,A.flavus,A,versicolor and A.niger accounted for 46.15%,17.95% and 10.26% respectively,ranking the first three places.Thus,the comtamination of the in- use disinfectants by fungi was serious,and the species of the comtaminated fungi were diversity.
