摘要
目的:探讨工读学校学生生活事件与不良情绪的特点以及应对方式的作用。方法:问卷法,对上海市138名工读学校学生进行调查。结果:(1)工读学校的女生比男生更容易产生焦虑情绪;(2)工读学校一年级学生比二、三年级学生在人际关系和丧失方面存在更多的问题,也更容易陷入抑郁情绪之中,而三年级学生比一、二年级受到的惩罚相对较少;(3)不成熟型应对方式在健康适应生活事件与焦虑间起到部分中介作用,而其它生活事件直接影响工读学校学生的焦虑和抑郁。结论:工读学校学生生活事件、应对方式和不良情绪之间存在着密切的关系。
To explore the characteristics of life events,unhealthy emotions and coping strategies,138 students in reform schools in Shanghai are investigated by questionnaires.The results show the following:(1)girls feel more anxious than boys in reform schools;(2)compared with students in Grade Two and Grade Three,students in Grade One have more problems in personal relationships and losses,and they fall into depression more easily.Besides,students in Grade Three are less punished than those in other two grades;(3)the negative coping strategies mediates the health factors of life events and the anxiety of students.Other factors of life events have a direct impact on students' anxiety and depression.The conclusion is that reform school students' life events are closely related to their coping strategies and unhealthy emotions.
