共依附研究述评

A Review of the Research of Codependency

共依附(Codependency)的概念起源于1940年代对酒瘾的家庭治疗。酒瘾者家属沉溺于失调关系中的临床特征,被学者们称之为共依附。文章主要介绍了共依附的概念界定、测量和相关研究,并指出了以往研究中存在的一些问题和今后研究的方向。

The concept of codependency derived from the family therapy about alcohol addiction in the 1940s.The therapists found through observation that there was a synchronous disease between the alcohol addicts and their family members.The family members＇ behavior met the need of the alcohol addicts,and the behavior of the alcohol addicts also satisfied their family members＇ needs.Accordingly,the dysfunctional behavior had been kept for a long time.The family members＇ behavior indulging in a dysfunctional relationship was named codependency.This article mainly introduces the definition of codependency,the measure ment of codependency and the related research on codependency.The existing problems and the future research orientation are also presented.
