交通警察心理健康状况调查

A survey of psychological state of traffic policemen

目的评价交通污染对交通警察心理健康状况的影响。方法选择某市三个主要交通路口，计数机动车流量、监测机动车废气和噪声污染状况。选取202名外勤交通警察作为暴露组，171名其他警种警察为对照组，两组均为男性，采用SCL—90症状自评量表进行心理健康状况调查、结果各路口平均机动车流量为3055～4908辆／h;平均等效声级为75.9～77.3dB（A）;氮氧化物、悬浮颗粒物浓度超过大气环境质量三级标准。SCL—90症状自评量表结果显示;阳性项目数在交警为36.56，其他警种警察为28.82，两者差异有非常显著性意义（P＜0.01），分别比我国男性常模（25.68）高11项和3项。多元回归分析发现9组阳性症候群与警种有关，交通警得分均高于其他警种;同时随警龄增高躯体不适得分增高，精神病性得分则降低;随学历增高偏执得分降低。结论交通污染对交通警察心理健康状况已造成了一定影响。

Objective To evaluate the adverse effects of traffic pollution on the psychological state of traffic policeman.Methods (1) In order to realize the working environment of traffic policemen, three major crossings of Kunming city were selected as monitoring settings, where the flow of traffic were counted and automobile exhaust and noise weremeasured. (2) 202 male traffic policemen (exposed group) and 171 male non-traffic policemen (control group) were interviewed with SCL-90 symptoms self-evaluation scale. Results (1) The average numbers of automobile were 3, 055～4908/h. The medium concentrations of SO2, NOx, O3, CO, SP (suspended particles) and Ph were 0. 04mg/m3 , 0. 18mg/m3, 0. 13mg/m3, 1. 5mg/m3, 1. 46mg/m3 and 0. 45μg/m3, respectively. The Leq (equivalent continuous A sound level) was 75. 9～77. 3 dB(A). (2) The results of the SCL-90 showed that tile numbers of positive items were 36. 56 in exposed group and 28. 82 in control group, the difference was high significant (P <0.01),that was also higher than Chinese normal model (25. 68). The mean of the nine groups of symptomatic factors in traffic policemen were all higher than that in control group, the differences were significant(P <0. 05). The range of the mean was 1. 42～1. 96 in traffic policemen and 1. 23~ 1. 67 in control group. It was found by multiple regression analysis that the mile groups of symptomatic factors were related to types of policemen, the traffic policemen had higher scores of positive items than other policeruen and as their working years growing, their score of somatic disorder was had, but their psychological state was better. Conclusion The traffic policemen's working environment was polluted with automobile exhaust and noise. It resulted in their psychological state not very healthy.
