摘要
提出一种评估医院信息系统应用水平的方法,这种方法包括两部分:部门系统应用深度的评分和在全院信息系统的应用成熟度指数。第一部分是针对具体部门系统,将信息系统应用深度情况划分为6个等级,同时将系统处理数据的比例也作为系数考虑在评分中;第二部分是对全院情况的评估,即在第一部分评分的基础上选择一些关键业务,累计关键业务的应用评分,形成医院信息系统应用成熟度指数。该方法重点评估的是信息系统应用的深度、范围,以及系统间的信息共享程度。考虑到评估的可比性,通过划分基本业务工作环节来代替医院部门,以此实现医院间评估指数的相互对比。通过定期使用该方法评估,既可了解医院内单个部门信息系统应用水平的发展,也可掌握医院信息系统整体发展过程。
A method for evaluation the level of hospital information system application was given. There are two parts in the method, including departmental system application score and application maturity index. The first part is used in a departmental on a hospital. A 6 grade score was applied to describe the depth of departmental system application. The proportion for data processed by computer was also considered. The second part of the evaluation method is used on hospital level. It accumulates the score of IT system application on several key operations. That makes the application maturity index. This index can used to evaluate the level of hospital system application on different hospitals. Periodical using this method can either inspect the development of one departmental system, and can also understand the development of whole hospital＇ s information system.
