The paper introduced how to our HIS can enhance links management of medical practice through the integration of user id and electronic seal. This technology can improve medical quality and security of medical safety. And the paper introduced the application of this technology on antibiotic drug classification, surgical classification, prescription drugs, report of LIS, and electronic medical records. This application has played an irreplaceable role in monitoring of the health care system and practice according to law.
