针对医院运行管理复杂性和绩效管理的重要性,结合医院自身特点开发了解放军第251医院绩效管理信息系统,实现了质量管理的分值网络管理模式。详细介绍了系统的功能、工作流程及系统结构、软件平台与相关软件技术等。应用表明,该系统运行可靠稳定,提高了质量管理的效率和透明度,使工作人员合理、公平、公正的得到相应的奖惩。
Aiming at complexity of hospital operational management and importance of performance management and integrating with features of the hospital itself, an information system of performance management of No. 251 Hospital, PLA, is developed, which has realized network management mode with score values for quality management. It specifies system function, work flow, system structure, software platform, related software technology, etc. Application indicates that the system runs steadily and stably and it helps to promote efficiency and openness of quality management and brings the corresponding rewards and punishment to personnel reasonably, impartially and equitably.
