经皮切吸结合胶原酶溶核治疗腰椎间盘突出症(附186例报告)

Clinical Study of Percutaneous Lumbar Discectomy Combined with Collagenase Chemonucleolysis for Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

作者采用经皮切吸结合胶原酶溶核方法治疗腰椎间盘突出症１８６例，远期随访优良率达９０３２％。作者认为上述二方法结合未增加手术难度及损伤却发扬了各自优点而克服了各自缺点，提高了远期疗效。

Objective:To find a better and simple treatment for lumbar disc herniation.Methods:One hundred and eighty six cases of lumbar disc protrusion were treated with percutaneous lumbar discectomy combined with collagenase chemonucleolysis.Results:All cases were followed up for a long term,and the rate of excellent and good results was 90.32%.Conclusion:Percutaneous lumbar discectomy combined with collagenase chemonucleolysis didnt increase operative difficulty and injury,but developed merits and overcame shortcomings each other,respectively,enhanced the advantages in long term results and extended operative indications.
