摘要
为探讨HD中Reed-Sternberg细胞的组织学起源,应用免疫组织化学方法检测48例HD中CD3、CD20、CD15、CD30和MIB1的表达。结果显示,9例LPHD中6例Reed-Sternberg细胞表达CD20,16例NSHD中3例表达CD20,所有的Reed-Sternberg细胞不表达CD3,大部分Reed-Sternberg细胞表达CD15,所有的RS细胞表达CD30和MIB1。提示,HD中RS细胞可能为B细胞来源。
In order to study the origin of Reed Sternberg cells in Hodgkin's disease, an immunochemical method was used to detect the expression of CD 3、CD 20 、CD 15 、CD 30 and MIB1 in 48 cases of Hodgkin's disease. The result showed that Reed Sternberg cells in 6 of 9 cases with LPHD and in 3 of 16 cases with NSHD expressed CD 20 ; all Reed Sternberg cells did not react with CD 3;a majority of Reed Sternberg cells was positive for CD 15 ;all of Reed Sternberg cells were positive for CD 30 and MIB 1. Our result suggested that some of Reed Sternberg cells might be derived from B cells. CD 15 and CD 30 are useful antibodies for the diagnosis of Hodgkin's disease. All of Reed Sternberg cells are being a proliferating statu.
