射频热凝靶点消融术在腰椎间盘突出症中的应用 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨射频热凝靶点消融术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效及安全性。方法对97例经CT或MRI检查确诊的腰椎间盘突出症,根据临床症状、CT或MRI结果确定射频热凝的靶点位置,在C形臂引导下穿刺到靶点,确定电极已进入靶点,再行阻抗测试、电生理测试及温度测试后,给予86~92℃温度,复制出原有的腰腿痛症状,用此温度治疗4个周期,每个周期100s。结果手术时间30~60min,平均45min。术后次日出现轻度体位性头晕、头痛等低颅压症状2例。术后住院3~7d,平均5d。随访97例,时间6~12个月,平均9个月,按改良Macnab评定标准优54例,良31例,可8例,差4例,优良率87.6%(85/97)。结论射频热凝靶点消融术是治疗腰椎间盘突出症安全有效的方法。
