慢性牙周炎患者牙龈组织中TNF-αmRNA的表达

Expression Level of Tumor Necrosis Factor-α mRNA in Periodontal Tissues of Patients with Chronic Periodontitis

目的观察健康牙周组织与手术前慢性牙周炎患者的牙龈组织中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的表达水平,并探讨其临床意义。方法采用RT-PCR方法,检测了40例样本(20例健康者,20例中重度慢性牙周炎患者),分析TNF-α在牙龈组织中的表达水平。结果 TNF-α分布于健康牙龈和牙周炎患者的牙龈组织中,但慢性牙周炎患者牙龈组织中TNF-α的表达水平显著高于健康者牙龈组织(P<0.01)。结论 TNF-α参与了慢性牙周炎的病理过程。

Objective To observe the expression level of TNF-α in the normal gingival tissue of healthy people and the periodontal tissues of patients with chronic periodontitis, and confirm whether tumor necrosis factor（ TNF- α） is involved in chronic periodontitis. Methods Forty samples { 20 healthy people, and 20 patients with moderate to severe chronic periodontitis } were chosen. RT-PCR was taken to analyze the expression level of TNF-αin periodontal tis- sues. Results TNF-α was distributed in the gingival tissues of all samples. The level of TNF-αwas significantly increased in the patients with chronic periodontitis compared with the healthy gingival tissues （ P 〈 0.01 }. Conclusion TNF-αis involved in the pathological processes of chronic periodontitis.
