Percutaneous Endoscopic Ultrasound Lithotripsy Treatment on Multiple Renal Calculi

目的探讨一期经皮肾镜下超声碎石术(percutaneous endoscopic ultrasound lithotripsy,PCNL)治疗双肾多发性结石的疗效。方法总结一期PCNL治疗16例双肾多发结石的效果和并发症。结果结石清除率86%,平均双侧手术时间220min;手术出血量60～900ml,平均360ml。所有患者肾功能恢复正常,无严重术后并发症。结论对于身体状况良好者,一期PCNL是安全可靠的,可减少患者的二次手术的痛苦及费用,缩短住院时间。

Objective To evaluate the effect of percutaneous endoscopic ultrasound lithotripsy（PCNL） on multiple renal calculi. Methods Sixteen patients with multiple renal calculi were treated with PCNL via micro-channel, the effect and complications of which were analyzed. Results The stone clearance rate was 86% ;The average operation time for bilateral kidney was 220min;Blood loss volume in the operation was 60 -900ml（average,360ml）. Patients with normal renal function has no severe postoperative complications. Conclusion PCNL via micro-channel, a safe and reliable treatment for patient in good physielal status, can reduce their pain and costs due to secondary surgery, and shorten the length of stay.
