男性染色体异常引起流产的分析

对352对自然流产夫妇进行细胞遗传学检查，发现42例染色体异常核型，因男性染色体异常而引起其妻自然流产者15例，占男性受检者的4．26％，其中平衡易位携带者12例，占异常核型的80％，性染色体数目异常2例，占异常核型的13．3％；嵌合体1例，占异常核型的6.66％。

In this study, ,cytological genetic examination was taken for 352 potents of couples who has naturalabation, of which 42 cases had abnormal karyotgpes; 15 male the had abnormal chromosome caused their wifes tohave natural abortion accounted for 4. 26 % of all male exaiminee, in which 12 cases were driers of balancetranslocations accounted for 80 % of abnormal dargotypes. 2 cases has number abnormality of sex -linkedchromosome, accounted for 13. 33 % of abrormal karyotypes. 1 case fo mosaics, for 6. 66 % of abnormaldaryotypes.
