针对铁路23t轴重货车投入实际运用后,对既有减速顶调速系统如何适应重载,确保运输生产安全,提出改进的设想。
Aim at the wagons which axes weight are 23t were devotion practice use, the author put forwards the assuming that in existence retarder speed control system how to adapt over- loading transport and insure the safety of transportation production.
