P21^(ras)在分化型甲状腺癌中的表达及意义

P21 ras EXPRESSION AND SIGNIFICANCE IN DIFFERENTIATED THYROID CARCINOMAS

目的：探讨在分化型甲状腺癌中Ｐ２１ｒａｓ阳性表达的相关因素，为推测预后提供依据并指导治疗方案。方法：用免疫组化ＬＳＡＢ法对３６例分化型甲状腺癌、４例非典型增生、４例正常组织Ｐ２１ｒａｓ表达进行研究。结果：甲状腺癌过度表达，乳头状癌和滤泡癌阳性率分别为９０％、５６％，二者比较有显著差异Ｐ＜００５；非典型增生部分呈弱阳性表达。表达率及强度与转移、肿瘤大小、年龄、病程都无关，而与肿瘤分级有关。结论：强阳性表达可作为评估预后的指征。

Objective:To detect the relative factors of thyroid carcinomas P21 ras positive expression to evaluate the prognosis and to direct the clinic therapy plan.Methods:LSAB immunohistochemical method was used to investigate P21 ras expression in 36 cases of differentiated thyroid carcinomas,4 cases of atypical proliferation and 4 cases of normal thyroid tissue.Results:P21 ras immunohistochemical staining in thyroid carcinomas showed overexpression.The positive expressive rates in papillary and follicular carcinomas were 90% and 50% respectively and the statistical analysis showed obvious difference between them(P<0 05).Some thyroid atypical proliferation showed weak positive staining.There were no relation among the P21 ras positive expressive rates and intensity of staining in thyroid carcinomas and its size,metastasis,age and suffering course,but there was relation of its grading.Conclusion:These trsults suggest that P21 ras strong positive expression in thyroid carcinomas can act the indication of evaluating prognosis.
