摘要
目的:通过32P-玻璃微球肝动脉局部灌注和肿块内直接注射的栓塞和内照射作用,研究中、晚期肝癌和消化道癌肿的治疗方法。方法:超选择性肝固有动脉插管行32P-玻璃微球灌注和栓塞,B超引导下行肿块内32P-玻璃微球注射。结果:12例肝癌患者行20次肝动脉灌注栓塞治疗,4例患者6次行B超引导下肿块局部的注射治疗。32P-玻璃微球主要集中分布于肿瘤组织内,治疗后肿块有不同程度的缩小,AFP也有部分下降。该疗法适当的剂量对肝功损害不大,副反应也轻微。结论:32P-玻璃微球局部区域给药,是一种较为安全有效的中、晚期肝癌和某些消化道癌肿的治疗方法。
Objective:The purpose of the investigation was to study the effective therapy for advanced digestive tumor through local hepatic arterial perfusion of phosphorus-32 glass microspheres( 32 PGMS) in combination with its embolism and intra-cancer injection.Methods: 32 PGMS were given by ultra-selected hepatic intra-arterial perfusion and injected into the cancer tissue with the B-mode ultrasonographic guidance.Results:Twelve patients with hepatic carcinomas were treated 20 times with intra-arterial perfusion,four patients 6 times with intra-cancer injection. 32 PGMS were mostly distributed within neoplasms.After treatment,tumor mass became decreased at a different degrees;A decreased value of α-fetoprotein was found in part patients.Little hepatic function injury and side reaction were found when the dose used was appropriate.Conclusions:The local administration of 32 PGMS is one of the safe and effective methods of internal radioactive therapy for advanced hepatic and gastrointestinal tract cancer.
